CSP

The Cadernos de Saúde Pública (CSP) have the following critical objectives in the field of public health:

• Keep health professionals and the public informed about epidemiological trends and emerging issues.;
• Quickly disseminate critical information on public health emergencies and important, relevant new discoveries in the domain of public health.;
• Inform policies and decision-making based on scientific evidence;
• Identify and propose solutions for public health problems.;
• Build national public health capacity:
  • Public Health Data Analysis;
  • Training processes for health professionals (SP specialists, epidemiologists, etc.);
  • Recognition of professional actions that act at the most peripheral level;
• Stimulate interest from the press and the general public.
