He is a Hospital Administration Technician from the Institute of Health Sciences of Maputo (2006), holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Catholic University of Mozambique (2013), and a Master's degree in Public Administration, with a specialization in Governance and Local Development, from the Higher Institute of Public Administration (2018).

Has approximately 15 years of experience in management roles within healthcare facilities at secondary, tertiary, and quaternary levels, in both rural and urban settings, including health training institutions. Also has over five years of experience as a trainer in management.

Participated in Public Administration training programs at the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2017 and at Arizona State University in Phoenix, United States of America, in 2018.

Between 2006 and 2007, he was responsible for the Administration and Finance departments at Gorongosa Rural Hospital. From June 2007 to July 2009, he held the position of Administrator of Marromeu Rural Hospital. Between 2009 and 2012, he was Head of the Procurement Department at Beira Central Hospital, and from 2012 to 2016, Head of the Human Resources Department at the same institution. From December 2016 to 2017, he served as Head of Administration and Finance at the Beira Institute of Health Sciences. Between 2018 and 2019, he was a logistics and research assistant at the Beira Operational Research Center.

Currently, I hold the position of Head of the Autonomous Central Department of Human Resources at the National Institute of Health (INS).
