She holds a law degree from the Technical University of Mozambique (2014). She completed her mid-level training in Maternal and Child Health Nursing at the Maputo Institute of Health Sciences (2002).

Has experience in nursing assistance to critically ill newborns and managing women's and children's health programs, with a focus on Preventing Vertical Transmission of HIV (PVT). Between 2003 and 2006, she served as the provincial manager of the HIV Vertical Transmission Prevention Program in Tete province, during which time she led the program's expansion to all districts of the province.

Between 2014 and 2018, she was assigned to the Legal Office of the Ministry of Health, where she was responsible for analyzing the legal compliance of contracts for the construction of health units and for the acquisition of goods and services. Currently, she holds the position of Head of the Autonomous Department of Procurement at the National Health Institute (INS).
