Rufino Carlos Gujamo holds a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Higher Institute of International Relations (ISRI) in Maputo (2004), a Master's degree in Governance and Conflict Studies from Africa University in Zimbabwe (2009), and a PhD in History, specializing in Contemporary World Dynamics, from the University of Lisbon (2016).

Currently, I perform the duties of National Director of Health Training and Communication at the National Institute of Health (INS). I have extensive experience in the fields of communication and teaching, having held various leadership and responsibility roles in these areas throughout my career.

He is the author of scientific articles published in journals such as the E-Journal of Portuguese History and the Journal of Cultural and Religious Studies, as well as book chapters. He is part of the Editorial Board of the Mozambican Journal of International Studies and is a member of the International Association of Social and Human Sciences in Portuguese Language (AILPsch), as well as the Professor Doctor Joaquim Veríssimo Serrão Research Centre in Portugal.
